Refunds for NON-CREDIT Online Training Courses

Information on this page applies to ONLINE NON-CREDIT TRAINING courses sponsored by VTOnline and the Institute for Distance and Distributed Learning ONLY. It does not apply to any other Virginia Tech courses, seminars, or workshops.

Policy: If you are not completely satisfied, a refund for your online, non-credit training subscriptions may be given for five business days after the subscription purchase. After five days, no refunds will be given.

Refunds will be completed within 24 hours of the request and will be made directly to the credit card account. Please contact VTO and provide a short explanation with your request.
